At the invitation of Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess, His Excellency Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, President of the Republic of Singapore, and Mrs. Jane Ittogi Shanmugaratnam will pay a State Visit to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg from 27 to 28 March 2025.

It does rather feel like it was announced to allow Henri and MT to enjoy a year of events without anyone bringing up the Waringo report or having it hanging over them as their exit is now clearly signposted.
Nothing really seems to have changed and Henri is still doing just as much as before it appears.

Probably short before the abdication. Maria Teresa wore the Order of the Golden Lion at the abdication and swearing ceremony in 2000 the first time.
