A nice pic with King Frederik. Clara Tauson made a very good tournament, beating one of the favourites, Elena Rybakina, in round 3 and losing in R4 to Iga Swiatek who will be in the final tomorrow (looking for her 6th Slam title out of 6 finals) against Amanda Anisimova.Danish tennis player Clara Tauson lost at wimbledon and shared some pics from her time there. The Duchess of Gloucester, Princess Michael of Kent and the Earl of Snowden in attendance today in the Royal Box.
You think he’ll do this every single year circumstances require?According to Alejandro Riego, an RTVE journalist, King Felipe VI of Spain will be in London on Sunday for supporting Carlos Alcaraz in the final.

Juan Carlos and Sofia came to watch Rafa the first few years he was in the French Open final, and either they or Felipe and Letizia came to Wimbledon a few times, but there were so many French Open finals that they stopped coming in the end! I remember Queen Sofia leaving the first of Rafa's French Open finals when the Infanta Cristina went into labour in the middle of it!You think he’ll do this every single year circumstances require?![]()
I always thought that it was always a bit flat for whoever came on after the women and mens finals , the crowd had left for a cup of tea, some never came back in. I am hoping that this way, there will be a decent crowd. and atmosphere for the doubles match.I'm pretty sure that we'll see Catherine and Charlotte there tomorrow. Charlotte seems to be quite a fan of Alcaraz. I'm not sure about today. Someone's bound to kick up a fuss if senior royals turn out for the men's final but not the ladies' final again, but it's very hot this weekend, and two days in a row could be a bit much. (If I could get tickets, I'd be there two days in a row like a shot, but we'll see!) Also, whilst I'm not keen on this new idea of shoving the singles finals on to 4pm and having the doubles final first, there's an all-British pair in the men's doubles final today, so it'd be nice if a senior royal turned up to watch them.
The Spanish Royal family has always been Nadal's strong supporter. Nadal has always maintained his pride in being Spanish and given his support to all Spanish athletes.Juan Carlos and Sofia came to watch Rafa the first few years he was in the French Open final, and either they or Felipe and Letizia came to Wimbledon a few times, but there were so many French Open finals that they stopped coming in the end! The Princess of Wales will attend the women’s singles final at Wimbledon.
Kensington Palace said Kate would attend the match between Amanda Anisimova and Iga Swiatek on Saturday.
Kate, who is patron of the All England Lawn Tennis Club, will present the trophy on Centre Court to the winner of the final on day 13 of the championships.
She will be accompanied on court by All England Club chairwoman Deborah Jevans, All England Club chief executive Sally Bolton and LTA president Sandi Procter.

I would think his Mom and Dad know if he's ready for quietly sitting thru a tennis match.Poor Louis, being left at home again! He's 7 now, surely old enough to behave. Maybe he's not into tennis?
Given the way the rest of his family love tennis, I would expect he probably enjoys it too. But it may still be a bit for him to sit through an entire match without getting antsy, especially if Sinner and Alcaraz have another epic, 5+ hour match like they did in Paris. I think William and Kate definitely wouldn’t want to take the chance of disrupting the match by having to take Louis out for breaks.Poor Louis, being left at home again! IIRC, Charlotte and George (and William himself) were around 8 the first time they attended Wimbledon. So hopefully next year will be Louis’s time.
