The blouse is perfect, love the colors and it's figure flattering. I would have gone with forest green in the pants, with a much more tailored silhouette.

For the first Mass she likes to sit on the first row next to the President and his wife but with a pale blue leather blouse , awful for a Grand Duchess.

I didn't mind the coat cape but that hideous large necklace looked silly and its not even nice.
