Oh, that hat is awful. The tassel makes it look like the mortarboard I wore when I graduated from high school. If she flips the tassel going the other way, does it signify anything?

The color is nice, but that's about the best thing I can say about the outfit. The dress and shoes are "frumpy" and ill fitting and the hat is just awful with that tassel.
