A Habsbourg is Ambassadeur in the name of the Hungarian President !
Dear compatriots, Today, on the 112th anniversary of Albania's Independence, we honor our past, which is intertwined with the sacrifices and efforts of previous generations for freedom and national dignity. The decision of the Vlora Assembly on November 28, 1912 was not simply the proclamation of a state, but was the manifestation of a spirit of resistance and unity that has illuminated our path through the centuries. Let us remember that this sacred date is an invitation to reflect, not only on our past, but also on the future that we aspire to build. We proudly recall the return of Gjergj Kastrioti to Krujë in 1443, the flag that Ismail Qemali raised in Vlora, and the unceasing efforts to keep our identity and freedom as a nation intact. At a time when violence in schools and the lack of healthy role models threaten the future of young generations, we must stop and reflect. Politics cannot be a theater of personal ambitions, but must place education, security and well-being at the center. Albania needs leaders who inspire with values and build a future where youth feel proud of their country. On this glorious day, it is important to emphasize the role of Albanians in the diaspora, who for centuries have been a bridge between heritage and the future. Their contributions are an inspiration to every Albanian, wherever they are. Our history has proven that when we are united, we have managed to face extraordinary challenges. Today, this call for unity is more relevant than ever. Let us work for a just, developed and open Albania. Only by supporting each other and strengthening the values inherited from the past, can we build a future that makes us proud. Inspired by the legacy of our ancestors, we can carry forward the banner of hope and progress. Let us illuminate Albania with the light of knowledge, work and love for the homeland. Homeland above all! With deep respect and dedication, Leka II of the Albanians
