A Habsbourg is Ambassadeur in the name of the Hungarian President !
Dear compatriots, Today, on the 112th anniversary of Albania's Independence, we honor our past, which is intertwined with the sacrifices and efforts of previous generations for freedom and national dignity. The decision of the Vlora Assembly on November 28, 1912 was not simply the proclamation of a state, but was the manifestation of a spirit of resistance and unity that has illuminated our path through the centuries. Let us remember that this sacred date is an invitation to reflect, not only on our past, but also on the future that we aspire to build. We proudly recall the return of Gjergj Kastrioti to Krujë in 1443, the flag that Ismail Qemali raised in Vlora, and the unceasing efforts to keep our identity and freedom as a nation intact. At a time when violence in schools and the lack of healthy role models threaten the future of young generations, we must stop and reflect. Politics cannot be a theater of personal ambitions, but must place education, security and well-being at the center. Albania needs leaders who inspire with values and build a future where youth feel proud of their country. On this glorious day, it is important to emphasize the role of Albanians in the diaspora, who for centuries have been a bridge between heritage and the future. Their contributions are an inspiration to every Albanian, wherever they are. Our history has proven that when we are united, we have managed to face extraordinary challenges. Today, this call for unity is more relevant than ever. Let us work for a just, developed and open Albania. Only by supporting each other and strengthening the values inherited from the past, can we build a future that makes us proud. Inspired by the legacy of our ancestors, we can carry forward the banner of hope and progress. Let us illuminate Albania with the light of knowledge, work and love for the homeland. Homeland above all! With deep respect and dedication, Leka II of the Albanians
CONGRATULATIONS ON KOSOVO'S INDEPENDENCE DAYToday, on February 17, we celebrate with pride and dedication one of the most important events in our national history, the independence of Kosovo. This day is the fruit of the sacrifice of entire generations, who with courage, determination and love for the homeland, paved the way to freedom and sovereignty. Our path has not been easy. From captivity to resistance, from war to reconstruction, Kosovo has proven that the power of a people who believe in their freedom cannot be stopped. This love for Kosovo is a deep feeling and inherited from generation to generation, just as it has been for my family, starting with King Zog, who kept the spirit of liberation alive, and then from King Leka I, who in every circumstance defended the rights of Kosovo and Albanians wherever they were. Today, as we remember the sacrifices of the past, it is up to us to build a bright future, a strong, democratic and developed Kosovo, where justice prevails and opportunities are equal for all. The challenges still exist, but they are only tests that will make Kosovo more stable and stronger. Our country needs the dedication and contribution of each of us, citizens, intellectuals, leaders of our energetic youth, to build credible institutions, a strong economy and a free and just society. The future of Kosovo is not written only by international politics or circumstances, but by the will and unstoppable work of its people. On this anniversary, let us relive the ideals of those who fought for this day and let us engage with the same spirit to make Kosovo an example of success and stability in the region and beyond. Happy Independence, Kosovo! May you always be free, just and prosperous!
