Lovely! She had worn a pair of sapphire and diamond earrings in Paris (??) a few months ago at an evening engagement, but I do not think these are the same.

No. It had emeralds (or other green stones), rubies and aquamarines. And they were much bigger than the stones in these earrings

This combo of jewels is tiring and really don’t fit a queen. They age her terribly. Those earrings are worn every time and overall it is a mess.
Love the dress.

My hope is that Mathilde next purchase is a substantial necklace, the graff one is quite substantial but the diamonds are compacted and not spread out more so it does look smaller!

Yes, it is a piece by the jeweler Graff, she debuted it at the birthday celebration of Ingrid Alexandra

The dress is not terrible to me, maybe the colours turn her off a bit. Being her very pale, a bolder colour can light her up.
Regarding jewels, the Graff necklace is okay, but definitely not a Royal gala necklace I’d expect from a Queen. It’s okay for a red carpet in US. I prefer auction jewels to brand new ones, even if more expensive. I’d give it back and look for something more classic at auctions or historic jewelers.

I can't say that I'm a fan of the Graff necklace on Mathilde and its never been a particular favourite of mine.
