Queen Mary of Denmark Jewels 2: March 2025 -

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I have checked a book (from 2002) on Danish RF jewels, and there’s nothing about that particular brooch! I suppose it’s a fairly recent addition.
I suspect it is a recent purchase.

Regarding the ring Queen Mary wore at the Latvia gala dinner. Can anyone confirm if this is factual? The rings do look similar.

Is the ring apart of the family trust? If that’s the case, then it is probably true. I saw a good photo of the ring on Mary’s finger. Here:

It looks very similar to the ring QMII wore. I do also wonder if Queen Mary is using any of the large rings that are on display at Rosenborg Castle. I assume those would be available for use.

But only for use in Denmark, right?
I think the rings can be taken outside of Denmark. Only the 4 sets of Crown Jewels are confined to DK. There are other jewelry pieces displayed at Rosenborg that are not part of the Crown Jewels that I assume can be taken outside of Denmark.

Isn't their a large diamond ring in the jewels Lovisa left as well?

If I am not mistaken, there is a very large solitaire diamond ring in the collection. This was, in its history, also used as a pendant with the large collet collier that is part of the Family Trust. It was Queen Ingrid who had it converted for use as a ring. Margarethe wore it occasionally, but Mary seems to have taken to it and has used it a few times already.
