Excellent outfit and neat hairstyle. She elevated to a new level for the big events

A very good outfit, nice colours and not dowdy. I am usually not a great fan of bows, but this one looks good. Easily one of her best looks of the year.
I think the coat looks familiar and could have been worn before, by Claes Iversen.

Modekoningin says the dress is by Natan couture. If so it is one of the best Natan outfits he ever made for her IMO -if not the best.

A very good outfit, nice colours and not dowdy. I am usually not a great fan of bows, but this one looks good. One of her best looks of the year.
I think the coat looks familiar and could have been worn before, by Claes Iversen.

I remember she wore a pale pink outfit for her husband’s accession that had a bow on the colour - maybe it is her go to fashion for these events.

I’m not usually a fan of bows, especially giant ones, or of this shade of green. But somehow Queen Máxima pulls off both perfectly! And when she has her hair done, it’s always flawless. I’d say she’s the best-dressed lady today (at least for the daytime events) in Luxembourg.

I was wrong: the dress is actually by Claes Iversen.... so that will teach me, complementing Natan .
Let's hope she will use Iversen more often, it simply is a different league than Natan.

I've never seen a cape hold like that on the top, like a defy gravity effect.

Nice, the indigo blue looks good on her. The collar is a bit scrubby and crunchy under the coat but it's fine on the last pictures.

She looks happy and I kind of like the bright pink colors on her because it reminds me that QEII used neon fabrics intentionally to stand out in a crowd. It's working for Maxima, too.

And my main concern on the pink dress pictures is why the photographer hates her? Every picture on her he/or she sold to the media outlets to publish is Maxima caught in a moment of facial moves that take attention away from her nice dress. It feels intentional when we also see these professional photographers not using Maxima's rest pose instead that would make the whole photo be on what she wears ant not her expressions.

The sleeves of that jumpsuit are very strange looking ,but other than that Queen Máxima did look nice for the event.

It’s hard to get a good idea of the sleeves with the coat draped over her, especially as it is the same shade. I like the overall look and it’s a colour that suits her. Her hair isn’t quite as unkempt as I feared!
