Her rather disheveled appearance is inexcusable.
You would think that after nearly 25 years on the job she would know by now which fabric and material don't shouldn't be worn for public appearance.
I do love the color combo though.

The surgical uniform was a vast improvement on her arrival outfit.

She could have chosen a much better outfit to wear beneath the surgical gown. The only positive thing about the whole look is the colour combination.

Nothing seems to fit properly, not even the sun glasses. And all is wrinkled. It wasn't hot today, not sure why sandals or this beach outfit was appropriate, but after 8 weeks HM may have problems saying goodbye to Greece. Her outfit is by a Greek designer [Zeus & Dione], the bag is also from Greece by Marina Rafael and not Dutch. As usual the hair is as dead as a dodo.

I’m so used to her messy hair that I barely notice it anymore. These days it almost feels out of character if she turns up with it actually styled.

Again its not a bad outfit but wish she had tied her hair back and it would have look far nicer.

Máxima attended the launch of a study by "More Music in the Classroom" on cultural education in primary education in the Netherlands today, September 4, wearing the Natan blouse from last King's Day again, this time combined with pants.

I've looked back at the posts from April, and we all agreed that the strangely placed pockets ruined the otherwise nice look. In addition to that I think it had looked better with the skirt in April:

Fashion bloggers Tom and Lorenzo have been featuring the Princess of Wales for a number of years. Recently they have taken notice of Queen Máxima. Today’s comment: ‘Queen Máxima is out once again in a string of unfortunate style decisions.’ They seem to like her and appreciate her style, but will occasionally offer a critical (and witty) comment.

I love the green lace skirt and dramatic white blouse she’s wearing today!

I liked the outfit for the Trump visit, but with the hat it somehow doesn't work. There are too many things going on, the flapping wings of her blouse, the hat with voile, the lace pattern of the skirt.
