She looks very sleek, but it needed something in a contrasting colour to better suit her colouring and complexion.
Haha yes just what went thru my head, only some Clyde with a Thompson submachinegun missingI like the color but I have issues with the bow on the shoulder. When she's at the balcony facing front the heavy oversized bow looks good and blends in nicely. But the previous picture with the side profile, it looks like she didn't notice her dress got caught on a giant palace door curtain and she's dragging it like a toll truck.
Was this a costume party and Maxima came as combination of Faye Dunaway in the movie Bonnie and Clyde and Mia Farrow in The Great Gatsby?
I mean, she looks great still but in an excessive, out of this era way. But she does look good, and we know Maxima, as her name goes, never goes for the subtle. I can actually picture her getting in a Model T car after the party to time travel to a Hollywood set in the 30s
The dress is horrific. Her hair looks nice!Look number 2 today, at the presentation of the Erasmus Prize - an already worn Claes Iversen dress:

Love the outfit, but her hair is a mess. For the traditional Uitblinkers lunch Máxima wore a Natan combination again today, November 27:

Its normally the other way roundThe dress is horrific. Her hair looks nice!
What a much smarter appearance today and very professional looking too!Queen Máxima on her second day in London for the Global Banking Summit today, December 4:
Great look for Maxima, very sophisticated.Queen Máxima on day 1 of the state visit from Portugal today, December 10:

My criticism of the dress is limited to the furry trims attached. Not one of my favourite Máxima dresses but the burgundy coat thankfully covers most of it!
