Love the suit. The color and fit is fantastic on her.

I rarely like those bow blouses, and this is not one of the rare occasions. Sorry could do without it.

Much prefer a smart shift dress or similar on the royal ladies - Letizia use to dress up more for these events

Its a nice outfit but there's something about her hairstyle, it looks a little severe in that style.
It might have looked nicer if it was tied it back ?

That bow makes a big difference. She looks very elegant.It’s interesting how she’s styled her hair off her face. I think ( like with some other European royals) , when you wear your hair so long, it’s hard to make it look good during daytime engagements , unless you either tie it back or go for an up do.
It’s a real gripe with me, why some of our most stylish European royals won’t take a few inches off the length of their hair. I wish just one of them would take the plunge and go for a proper cut.

100% agree with you on the hair, Elly C. Letizia has had short hair in the past ( I believe a chin-length bob ) and Mary had shorter hair too. Just looked so much better!

Isn’t that from the POA awards from a few years ago - and made by the designer of wedding dress, I thought it was the first piece from that design house since 2004

I feel considering the nature of the country that is visiting this is an appropriate dress and modest

The hairstyle is not really worthy of a State Visit Arrival ceremony and another minimal effort.
The dress looked much better with the coat covering it!

I don't like MPs designs, thought that his wedding dress did not suit Letizia at all.
