Nice jacket and everything else from the waist up. The pleat on the already oversized pants looks like a challenge. As in a challenge to wear outside in public. She should have gone better with a slim fit cut, like the March 2025 picture, and not carry an entire roll of fabric passing for pants.

Re the jacket: Isn't that the same jacket she was photographed at a store on some event she participated and she ended up buying it that day? The simple lines and the color looks great on her.

That’s a perfect style /shape of trouser for Letizia’s petite figure. She looks very good. On the closer photo it looks like she has a few highlights, but it might be the lighting.

I thought the same thing when I first saw her - wanting the attention to be on Leonor.

But it isn't that Leonor attended it the first time. I also wonder shy does not make outfits similar to those Queen Mary wears for the New Years Court, for this Event.

Its nothing new where Letizia is concerned , she could have worn a more stand out pair of earrings and had an up hairstyle for one of the more important events but it seems all of this continues to elude her or she can't be bothered.

The outfit is fine but she could have made an effort with her hair and jewels for the event.

The queen's black cape coat by Carolina Herrera was perhaps the one redeeming part of Letizia's lacklustre appearance (..)

The outfit is fine but she could have made an effort with her hair and jewels for the event.

I agree- the blouse is very lovely and the skirt, although simple, looks fine. But the whole look is let down by the lack of some exquisite jewellery you might expect for such an occasion. Her hair is too casual, if she’d even styled it partly back, had a jewelled band, anything to suggest it was in some kind of neat and attractive style.

Rather drab for an awards ceremony but she's been in a style rut for sometime now.
