The white blouse makes it look far too casual and it doesn't even look nice paired with that skirt.
The event is formal and an upstyle would have looked more professional.

It looks too big. I do like the color and her hair looks pretty.

There are colors that look spectacular on Letizia but I can't say this is one of them. This shade seems to wash her out. The headband is pretty but would be better suited for her daughters.

Letizia has worn childish headbands on various events when she was still PoA and the children smaller. The band worn today is probably one of those and might be an inside joke between mother and daughter 'the little girl is going away' type.

I didn't mind the headband ,it was obviously in connection with her daughters.
The top half of the suit was lovely but it just looked too big on Letizia.

I like this dress. I think the knitted fringe edges are a nice touch. it reminds me of the one the Princess of Wales has worn in the past.

A great dress for its colour and neckline. I wish it were lined or she’d worn an under slip. I think it works with the a wide or slim belt.

The full view is very much a winters day look ad the queen was well wrapped up in her lovely coat and scarf.
