I tend to agree regarding the neckline but still a nice dress all the same.

The neckline looks better in motion. If you watch video of the event it gives more interest to what would otherwise be a pretty ordinary dark dress.

I thought that length of jacket and skirt was slightly awkward, hope this is not the emerging fashion.

Big shoulders are back. I'm old enough to wore them in the 80s and I cringe every time I look at my old photographs.

I do love the pink suit and the beautiful embroidery. I love even more seeing Letizia in kitten heels, caring for her feet, instead of suffering in high heels to look good, like many royals with bunions do.

The other lady is Laura Mattarella, daughter of the President of the Italian Republic.

I disagree that she looks better than Letizia. The two tone outfit looks pretty average with the short cape.

I'm with you on this one. I'm looking at this outfit and wondering if Queen Sofia or one of the Infantas wore it in the 1980's.

I agree. The color is beautiful as is the embroidery but the overall design and fit isn't flattering.

White is definitely the winner but I like the departure outfit as well. I am back to not liking Letizia's hair. It's glossy for sure, but too long. It's not just Letizia. There are several others who could use a "hair overall."

oh dear, if there is one thing that does not work on letizias slender frame its puffy shoulders. makes her look really bulky in some pictures. not a fan of the colour either but the embroidery is nice.

Oh my gosh - puffed sleeves and/or shoulder pads - not a fan! But I love the pink too!

That's a nice 2 piece suite ,I don't however like the black belt.

I like the black belt but not with the length of the suit, specially when she's wearing kitten heels.

The length of the skirt should be shorter around her knees.

It's okay in the hallway. It's terribly bland in the theater.

White button-down and beige is over my "You're a Queen" minimalist limit.

Love the skirt but not the blouse she has paired it with. A fitted top would look better with the flowy skirt. This could have been a great look but ends up being very blah.
