Queen Camilla's Fashion and Style Part 3: June 2024 -

Nice look but indeed too summery. I'm fine with no-brooch as it'd be quite busy with the pearl choker (and that neckline is perfect for the choker).

We have had a few unseasonably warm days in London, so the colours of the ensemble were perfect for the spring day.

The Queen wore what I think is a new blue dress and jacket to the Commonwealth Reception at Marlborough House this evening.

Yes, I agree with this. If anything, I thought The Princess of Wales outfit was a reminder that we are still in winter. I like the Queen embracing the coming season.

The queen is appropriately wrapped up against the chilly early Spring weather!

I’m not keen on the texture of the coat or the combination of brown with black accessories.

I love the hat, and the brooches she has on her lapels are beautiful. Not liking the coat at all. Everything seems very mismatched to me.

Like most of us, the Queen does have her favourites, and they appear again and again, and again!
And no coat or jacket thanks to the warmer southerly air mass.
A really lovely colour on Queen Camilla for the final day.

I love the colour and texture of this dress but the fit from the waist upwards isn’t very flattering. Perhaps a more supportive undergarment is needed.
The colour is really lovely and I agree its not very flattering!

it seems the top half doesn't fit very well as you say - maybe its the material that makes it difficult to be fitted to her. not the best look but the colour is lovely (..)

Wasn't that the same dress that QC wore to the Braemar Literary Festival last autumn?

The whole debate about styling and fit about the upper part of the blue velvet dress last night would have gone away if she had worn a honking big brooch!

The blue “velvet” dress is pretty and a nice color on Camilla. I wonder how the cleaning or washing is done on the attire any royal wears. I am sure the outfits are washed /cleaned after wearing probably each time, other wise stains would set in. If it was a washable velvet or even if it was dried cleaned (as we call it in the US), the fabric could have shrunk. I have had that happened. It’s a shame as it is a pretty blue dress on her.
