I do love the cape worn here by the Queen. And the colour is lovely too.


Elegant suit. Camilla does not wear much grey, so interesting to see it today.

I can't claim to like the blouse either, but the Queen seems to like it. She has worn it a few times in the last year or so.

Its not the best choice and the overall outfit is rather gloomy looking!

Camilla seems to be singularly pioneering the return of the pinafore dress. I don’t particularly like this combination but pinafore dresses are quite practical and comfortable outfits to wear.

I appreciate your point, especially as this is a fashion thread. I guess when you consider her age and some concerns regarding her health, she dresses mainly for comfort and warmth. I do think she might experiment with patterns and fabrics a little more. Her figure isn’t easy to dress so I imagine that provides some limits to the styles she can wear. Also, she hasn’t attended many gala, formal evening this winter and these are the events where she tends to shine .
But as you imply, just wait for those gorgeous hats and colourful shades she wears in the spring and summer months.
