Claire’s skirt suit was really nice, quite casual but great for this event. I’m not sure though if I would pair it with high boots.

I agree, the jacket is amazing. Initially I thought Astrid wore a jacket with the flowing skirt and I liked the combo. But then I saw it was a dress with ruffles. And I was like oh no

Astrid is clothes-blind. Which at least means everything isn’t her fault.

The question of why she’s never had any assistance to polish her look even a little (or head off some of the worst disasters) is another matter.

The coat does nothing and a nice dress or suit would have been a better choice.

I actually think it's quite cute. Astrid has a very quirky sense of style and has worn absolute abominations in the past, I think this coat is fine and would look fantastic on the young princesses (Laetitia/Louise/Eléonore/Elisabeth).

Of course I would like to see Astrid looking as stunning as she does when she goes all in with the Dior Bar Suit, but I applaud her for dressing as she wishes.
