I’m really disappointed that Stephanie wore such a casual outfit for a ceremonial event in which she is representing Monaco in presenting honours to these new recruits. I know she doesn’t go in for formal wear these days but I’ve always thought she has risen to the occasion when required, but not in this instance.

Yes, it reminded me of something she wore before but so far I haven been able to track it down. That said, having seen the pic in Iceflower’s link, it must be new. I can’t believe she wore trousers as in the catwalk version. In one of the pics you can see something in black just below the waist- perhaps a skirt in similar material to what the model is wearing I Either way it’s too fussy for my taste, although she’s wearing some lovely jewellery.

Caroline's collar and blouse is like a modern vision, or version, of a Renaissance painting I remember seeing in an art book of Lucrecia de Medici by Sofonisba Anguissola.
