Queen Silvia's. HM wore it 10 or so years ago for an award ceremony in Germany with a pink suit and her modern V-shaped necklace. I believe it was the same occasion when she first wore the ruby pendant.

Edit - This is the event, but it was in 2010, so almost 15 years ago. Time does fly!

I really don't like when ladies in a reigning monarchy borrow jewels. Especially when the Swedish royal family has a very big pool of jewelry to use. This is not aimed just at Sofia.
