I love the colors and print but think it's too long and shapeless.

Great look. Catherine first wore this dress in Pakistan in 2019, before repeating it for the Royal Variety Show a few years later. She has also worn a pink version of this dress last year, first in Jordan for the royal wedding and then for the Diplomatic Reception. If I am not mistaken, Mary also has a pink version of this dress.

Overall, it’s nice (not crazy about the neckline for January, though).

Does she appear to be Cinderella and losing a shoe?

No, she did not loose a shoe.

Marie looked very elegant tonight.

Very lovely navy velvet gown with a full skirt. I think the deep v neck doesn’t suit her petite stature

I don't think the issue is the neckline (IMO V-neck looks great with order), it's more on the lapels. I would let go of the brooch and I hate to see the chain is overlapping the family order. Anyway just saw another photo the blue is fabulous.

Overall she looks great! Hair, dress, makeup..9.5/10. It's hard to go wrong with velvet during the winter- especially one with a small train!

The neckline was a tad too low. Perhaps if she had used the broach to lessen the plunge of the neckline she could bring the color up to her lapels and we would see the house order more distinctly.

I think she looked spectacular! For me she was the best dressed of the royal ladies.
