Well, the more people react to this couple then the less they can focus on the dishonor brought about by that stepson.

The more time passes the more weird they get, so I find them entertaining nowadays if we compare them to Martha's cousins the Ex-Yorks and the Montecitos.

Märtha Louise & Durek's relationship tips:
"We believe love isn’t something you find, it’s something you build together. Every day we choose to create a relationship rooted in truth, trust, and deep devotion. These 5 relationship tips are the pillars that keep our love strong, passionate, and sacred.
This is how we love, this is how we rise together".

My relationship tip for Martha was don't marry an five time ex-convict from the USA that claims to have more reincarnations than the Dalai Lama, but she didn't listen.

Yes, they've now found their calling in the entertainment industry. At least they're not hurting anyone; they're making people laugh (even though they might want some things to be taken seriously). I believe the shaman has given up his healing practice, so he can no longer harm any "patients."

Recently, Durek released his new song "Ko Pa Te (Ning Ning Ning), together with DJ and producer Christopher Braaheim. On his social channels, Durek promised a cash prize to whoever makes the coolest video using the song.
Yesterday he revealed the sum of the prize:
"It can be any video. Win 500$ American dollars. Make it fun. Winner announced on my Birthday, November 17"

OMG, truly innovative! Doesn't he realize that with this song and video he's simply copying hundreds of thousands of others out there on social media?
Or does he think that because he's special—namely, the husband of a Norwegian princess—people will like it?

I don't mean to be age-sensitive, but seriously, they're both in their late forties or fifties and they think they'll gain fans with this?

Wouldn't a remix of Age of Aquarius be more fitting? Considering all the love Durek is overflowing over with as well. I'm sure all his ghost and spirit friends would approve.
Or a remix of Walk like an Egyptian. He is after all an ex-pharaoh...

On SVT's Carina Bergfeldt talk show, Bergfeldt pointed out that the couple has not wanted to give any interviews in Norway. But now Durek is making an exception.
Unlock Norway, an organization that helps foreigners navigate life in Norway, has caught up with Verrett. In a lengthy interview on Youtube, they talk about everything from his first impressions of Norway to how he navigates Norwegian norms.

Aaaand as expected the interview was one big bouhou.
Bouhou, the Norwegians don't appreciate me.
Bouhou, the Norwegians are different from the Americans (at least those the shaman associate.)
Bouhou, the Norwegians don't understand me.
Bouhou, they misunderstand me.
Bouhou, they take things out of context.

Anyway, with 107 subscribers the YouTube channel isn't the largest out there and some of the comments are less than appreciative of the Durek.

Märtha Louise has had a tough financial year. New tax figures Nettavisen has access to show that her wealth has fallen by over NOK nine million from 2023 to 2024.
After the record year of 2023, when she had a fortune of NOK 29.2 million, she is now left with NOK 20 million.
Her income has also fallen, from almost NOK two million to 1.4 million.

Durek turned 51 yesterday and Märtha Louise praised him over the moon ..;)

Durek reveals the winner of the "coolest video" to his new song "Ko Pa Te (Ning Ning Ning), together with DJ and producer Christopher Braaheim:
"First I want to thank everyone who sent in videos to my new song. The creativity, the love, and the spirit you brought was powerful. After reviewing every entry with family and friends and after careful judging, we have chosen our winner. Every video was amazing and the votes were unanimous. Vivi is the winner of the 500 dollar grand prize"

"This is Vivi, the grand prize winner of my Ko Pa Te dance challenge. I am proud of you for entering and bringing your full energy and spirit. You showed up, you delivered, and you earned this."

Märtha Louise has hired a PR employee, Simon Eriksen Valvik (Durek's former manager and responsible for PR of their wedding) to look into media matters that can be complained to The Press's Professional Committee PFU.
– So far, I have done a survey job over the last six months to see what might be relevant to move forward with at PFU. I have noted several issues that I will take forward to my client, and then time will tell what happens with it. We experience that there are issues that are problematic from a press ethics perspective, and it is high time that this is flagged.
He does not want to comment on which cases he is referring to.
Furthermore, Valvik says that there is a desire here to create a slightly better dialogue with PFU and Norwegian editorial offices.

It's a stupid waste of time to wage war against the press. Unless it's a case where the press has gone so far, that the public sympathy is with them, should they go to court. The press won't get more friendly and it won't become less critical. - Any competent PR advisor would know that. Fight only when you can win.

I think all celebrities who want to maintain a constant public presence on every conceivable social media platform available today must expect to face criticism. Even if they would like to, they cannot expect the whole world to love them and approve of everything they present to the public. Of course, this also applies to press coverage.
As long as it's not about fabricated stories or insults, it's difficult to sue the press. Freedom of expression and freedom of the press prevail.

Yes.
Media expert Gunnar Bodahl-Johansen has large experience in the press and has worked on press ethics issues for decades. He has never heard of anyone hiring a PR consultant in a process like this.
– This is the first time I have heard of someone going to such great lengths to complain about the press to the PFU. It is of course up to her, because the committee is there for people who feel they have been treated unfairly and believe it violates ethical norms. But this is so special that it is one of the absolute rarities. She is a privileged person who can afford to do this. If you are going to hire a PR consultant to scrutinize the media, you have to be resourceful in some way.
He also compares Märtha Louise to Donald Trump:
– There is something Trump-like about it. The difference is that Trump goes after all the media he dislikes and threatens them with lawsuits worth billions. Märtha reports complaints to the PFU.

I get why people are raising eyebrows, but from a communications standpoint, hiring a PR adviser to audit her press coverage is actually a smart plan. She should have a professional analyze the coverage she's getting and assess any reputational damage.

If she brings complaints to the PFU, that's fine -- that's why it exists.

Of course, if she does bring complaints, she'll buy herself another round of headlines, so her adviser should consider that, too.
