Princess Luisa of Belgium (who turns 29 today) is currently the Vice-President of Innesto Partners, the search fund founded by her brother, Prince Joachim.
According to her LinkedIn page she moved back to Belgium and is currently living in Brussels:

"Gala" reports that Princess Luisa Maria is moving to the US for a while.

Princess Luisa Maria could actually sit back and relax. With two university degrees under her belt, she can look back on a successful academic career. She has also already gained some initial experience in the working world. But that doesn't seem to be enough for her. The 29-year-old is now moving to Philadelphia in the US state of Pennsylvania. There she will study for her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the renowned Wharton University. which was named the best in the world in the field of business management by the “Financial Times.” Princess Luisa Maria can therefore look forward to an excellent additional qualification.

Combined with her two previous degrees – a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in Canada and a law degree from BPP in London – the third of five siblings is well prepared for her professional life. She has already taken her first practical steps at two large American law firms. While working for Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and Sidley Austin in London, she was able to get used to the sometimes tough working conditions in the financial sector, including long hours and a lot of discipline. She has since become vice president of Innesto Partners, the investment fund of her brother Prince Joachim, 33.

According to a source in "royalmusings" somebody wrote in August 2024 that it is unlikely that they are still together, probably because they dated about 10 years ago and haven't been seen together since then. But of course we cannot know for sure.
