Agreed. I guess if the parent is included with the kids, it also “shows” what a good parent you are, makes you relatable. Something like that.

I can’t fault any famous parents for wanting to preserve their child’s anonymity.
For example, a nanny or manny or housekeeper or chauffeur may have charge of the children in public occasionally. As a parent, you wouldn’t want then ‘swarmed’ in public if you were not there.
This way they can pass unnoticed on some occasions. They shouldn’t have to become ‘famous’ in early childhood.
And they shouldn’t have to stay at home all the time, either.
