Princess Elisabeth, Duchess of Brabant News and Events 2, Feb 2024 -

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I have to admit I shed a few tears yesterday when watching the ceremony. I saw Lisa growing up and now she's in full bloom. She is indeed a beautiful, polished and accomplished young lady. She's a credit to her parents!
And the hug between the two sisters was so emotional...to think their father had a mostly cold and loveless childhood, it's a joy to see how close and loving his children are. Philippe (and Mathilde as well) must be so proud of ALL of them.

She has such a beautiful figure (genetics blessed her) and virtually anything would look good in her, I love the autumm vibes of the picture and the kinda boho look she's sporting.

Nice pics, which were again taken by fellow Harvard student Max Bueno, who is also a photographer (he had already taken the pics published in September by the Royal Palace to mark the beginning of the Academic year)

Now this is certainly something that will stand out on brilliant young Bruno's resume. How cool is it that Elisabeth is allowing a classmate to take her official portraits?
I absolutely love it!👍

ETA: I am also impressed that Lisa has become so popular at school.😉

What a wonder the good Max Bueno is!
I guess he will soon be "engaged" to Princess Elisabeth by the press.

Anyway, it's good she has found at least one friend at Harvard, who on top of that is very suitable at least on paper. May she find many more equally admirable young friends there.

seem like a background for a politician
My thoughts exactly, except that, as far as I understand, he is still in the Navy and probably has quite a few more years in the service before he can leave and pursue a political career.

She was also quite popular at Oxford (or so it seems). The fact that she is a crown princess, but, at the same time, very "down to earth" seems to help.

Crown Princess Elisabeth quietly took part in the Boston Half Marathon on Sunday.

Together with some friends she ran the 21.5 kilometers without any problems. The heir to the throne (23) finished in 1 hour and 46 minutes. Her regular bodyguard, a Flemish police officer, ran with her.

Nothing

People looking at the wrong marathon (everyone reports it as Boston Marathon but it was the Cambridge one). If you search for Cambridge Half on the picture page, the princess shows up.

I am quite sure she’ll have a Thanksgiving break.

Which makes sense. Thanksgiving isn't a thing in Belgium and she'll be home in a few weeks, so no reason to fly back and forth to Belgium for a random weekend. I guess she's joining a friend for their thanksgiving weekend or spending the long weekend visiting new places.

Word is that she has become quite popular very quickly at Harvard. I wouldn't be surprised if she has been invited to spend the long weekend with friends.😊
