Princess Catharina-Amalia, Princess of Orange, Fashion & Style Part 2: June 2024 -

She looks fantastic!
But, I don't like the cape and the bangs look awkward.

Agreed. I love this dress. It’s a beautiful shade of purple, the style suits her nicely. Love the sparkles.

But I could do without the cape. And the bangs don’t quite work.

This is absolutely a miss for me - lavender is pretty on her but all the sparkles, cut, and cape are just over the top. Reminds me of something Maxima would wear…

I do like the Tiara and her hair like that, and I like the gown...but for some reason I dislike all of those things together. That gown needed a different hairstyle and tiara, or vice-versa. Individually they're nice, but it feels off when put together.

In the forums here, we love to complain. I want to say that the Princess of Orange is the future for us. She will wear jewellery. And alot of it. Most others mehhh. Minimalism approach. So a big thanks to the Princess of Orange. NB: If your royal highness reads this: Call or snap your friend Princess Ingrid Alexandra, she need someone to inspire her, no help in her family :D

I'd have preferred to see CA's hair tied back for this solemn event ,that asides the Princess of Orange looked very dignified.

Princess Amalia is so pretty. I like the dress she is wearing. She reminds me of her Grandmother Princess Beatrix so much, especially when she smiles.

Very much her mother’s daughter. Coat on shoulders, one glove off. Shes looks great. Odd how for years, she was definitely her fathers side but now we can her mothers.

it is interesting how amalia has inherited her mom's style and way of dressing. maybe she takes advice from her. alexia seems to have more of her own style, but CA is very much like her mom - maybe they will even share wardrobe in the future when it comes to official engagements.

I think the colours on her are beautiful but I feel like there is too much going on for me. The jumper under the blazer, large earrings, hairband, coat, gloves. Just my view, maybe a touch too many accessories.

She looks like a younger put together version of her mother.
I liked her style much better when she visited the Dutch Antilles. We saw separates, bold colors, a nice mixture of dresses, pants, and tops.

I am sure we'll see that back in the future. It was a cold rainy day in Vlissingen, so she had to dress for the weather as this was (for the most important part) an outside event. Had she baptized this ship on a sunny day in summer, she would most definitely have dressed differently.

It looks like she is wearing a necklace under the top; next time I would recommend her to remove it if she is not wearing it on top/visible.

Walking those shoes to get into the boat must have been difficult.

The outfit is by MaxMara and was worn before in Greece. The coat is her mother's and also by MaxMara.
The headpiece was 14 Euro.

The leather-gloves and the coat-over-shoulders has been copied from her mother as well, though indeed she fortunately did not copy the messy hair.

The outfit is a bit heavy/dressy for a young woman as she is, but suitable for the event of course.

I must admit that at times, I am glad society does not expect that from me. However, I've heard there are some heels that are quite comfortable - hoping she has a few pairs

I think that is a very good outfit for Amalia given the cold and rainy water. And it reminds me of several outfits her mother has worn. Good that she styled her hair nice and did not copy the messy hair from Mummy

She’s so pretty. I likt the outfit overall but she’s young and she looks a little matronly to me. I know there’s a fine line she has walk for burgeoning crown Princess and youthfull young woman but she’s lean a bit mumsy right now.
