Princes Kurakin

In what year became the Russian (and later also Estonian) Princes of Kurakin - under this name - their boyar/princely titels?
Although I've found several different years - 1492, 1507, 1516, 1521 or 1530 - I don't seem to find which is the correct one. I would be grateful if someone can give me a definitive answer about this.
