What does Chryssi Vardinoyannis do professionally?

Her family is extremely wealthy and powerful.
Her mother was one of the most beautiful women in Greece, now in her late 60s.
Chryssi is around 41, divorced with two kids. Ex husband was a singer and reality show contestant. Following their divorce, she was in a relationship with a very well known Greek actor.
Rumours about her and Nikolaos have been going on in Athens since his divorce was announced.

Yes, it's her niece, Marianna's husband, Vardis (who recently passed away), and Chrysi's father Yiorgos, were brothers. A third brother, Pavlos, passed away in 1984.

Yiorgos Vardinoyannis is famous for being, among many things, the former owner and president of the Panathinaikos football club.

When I posted the photos of the family arriving at the cemetery this morning, in Prince Nikolaos’ car, you could see the Prince and behind him Princess Theodora, and next to the Princess there was another person, it was a woman, but I could not identify her. The woman was Chryssi Vardinoyannis, because they arrived at the restaurant together in the same car and they left together, and according to the press, only the family and Chryssi were in the restaurant. She and Nikolaos left together in Nikolaos’ car.

Prince Nikolaos and Chryssi Vardinoyannis' relationship seems to be moving forward at a rapid pace, as the couple is reportedly planning to tie the knot in a very private ceremony. The event will be attended only by close friends and family, keeping the atmosphere warm and private.

On Prince Nikolaos' side, the best men are expected to be three: his brother, Prince Pavlos, Nasos Thanopoulos, who holds a high position at Morgan Stanley, and Vangelis Kefalogiannis.

Nikolaos and Chrysi are a couple, I have no doubts about this, it is obvious.

Now the rumor that their wedding is imminent causes me doubts, however, reading the articles and data, such as the name of the godparents, I am inclined to believe that it could be true. I know, because I have friends who have been divorced and have rebuilt their lives quickly, that when you have lived many years as a couple and you have been happy, and this breaks up, it is very sad, but either the need to continue having a partner, or the fear of being alone... causes you to be less demanding when looking for a new girlfriend/boyfriend and go much faster in the matter of marriage. Danish magazine Billed Bladet today claims to have contacted the "Greek royal family's communications department, which has now finally confirmed that a wedding is coming up in the royal family.

My understanding is that it was Tatiana's decision, she seems to be doing great and as I heard it, she's not alone.
But ending such a long marriage, plus her step sibling's disappearance in California make me feel for her.

Remarrying less than a year after the separation announcement is certainly shocking, but to each their own...I guess.

Prince Nikolaos is getting married to Chrysi Vardinoyannis on February 7. The Spanish blog got hold of the date,from a Greek television program. The Greek Royal Family has not issued any statement on the date or announcement. The website has nothing.

My understanding was that it was the opposite. Tatiana's interview late last year seems to support that. It would also explain why there was no rush or announcement to remove the "Princess title.
Of course, the fact that Nikolaos is ready to marry again less than a year since announcing the separation makes me inclined to believe this relationship had already been going on during his marriage.
