The Swedish Kidney Foundation:
"Hooray! What an evening! Yesterday on World Kidney Day, the Kidney Foundation awarded 7.5 million in research grants. The Kidney Foundation's patron Prince Daniel presented the Bengt Rippe Research Prize to Professor Börje Haraldsson and greeted the Kidney Foundation's chairman Håkan Hedman. Many thanks to all researchers who contribute to better treatments and longer lives for everyone with chronic kidney disease!"

The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences at its Facebook:
"Last week we had the great pleasure of welcoming the selected entrepreneurs in the Prince Daniel's Fellowship mentoring program to an inspiring mentor meeting at Google Sweden!
The day began with a tour where the participants got an insight into Google's work with, among other things, Gemini, audio and video technology and how they use AI in marketing. During the presentation, Google highlighted the enormous potential of AI - especially in terms of increasing productivity and strengthening the competitiveness of companies..."

Today and tomorrow Daniel is in Gothenburg with Prince Daniel's Fellowship:
A warm welcome to the Prince Daniel's Fellowship Entrepreneurial Conversation in Gothenburg, which brings together a number of entrepreneurs from across the region to be inspired, exchange experiences and make new contacts. Erna and Victor Hasselblad’s Foundation was founded in 1979 in accordance with the couple’s last will and testament. The Foundation promotes research and academic teaching in the natural sciences and photography. This is achieved by awarding grants and stipends to the natural sciences and photography, a prestigious international photography award and stipends and grants to research projects in photography.

On 25–26 March, Daniel visited Gothenburg together with entrepreneurs and business leaders from the Prince Daniels Fellowship and The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences' Business Council. On Tuesday, he held an entrepreneurial talk for young people and students.

Daniel met yesterday Professor Gisela Nyberg from Karolinska Institutet, she works also at the Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences .
Gisela Nyberg spoke about her ongoing research projects to promote healthy eating habits and physical activity in children and young people.

Daniel met yesterday also Mia Bernhardsen, Head of the Department for Business Skills Supply at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
Mia Bernhardsen spoke about the business community's need to find the right skills at the right time, which is often a major challenge.
 
Prince Daniel visited the Center for Business History in Bromma yesterday, April 7.

"The Center for Business History is a non-profit organization that preserves and tells about the history of business. The organization also helps companies preserve their archives".

The Centre for Business History preserves and tells the history of business. We are a non-profit association with companies as members. Through our wholly owned service company, we help companies take care of their corporate archives and also help them actively use their story as a strategic resource. We also carry out projects that highlight the history of business and its importance for Sweden's growth.
 
Daniel and Estelle attended the world premiere of Unga Operan's Julius Caesar at the Royal Swedish Opera today.
Julius Caesar will be performed at the Royal Swedish Opera this spring. In the production, directed by Clara Svärd, Händel's classic opera about passion and rivalry has been moved to a schoolyard.
