Archduchess Zelia referred to a moment when Mary talked about her son, having grown up.
According to BB Mary and Christian looked at each other when she said that, perhaps this moment:

"Imagine that little man having turned into this huge young man."
Mary and Christian said the celebration would take place at Kancellihuset, with dinner, a cozy atmosphere and speech.
- Well, hopefully he will be spared the zillion homemade songs in his honor, that are otherwise a tradition of Danish celebrations. - It took me about two months to straighten my toes after the songs at my own confirmation. ?
Another tradition in connection with confirmation is "Blue Monday."
Those who have been confirmed venture into the nearest city in droves and dressed in their new clothes. Here they roam the streets, cafes, shops and amusement parks spending money on pretty much everything. - Traditionally this was after all their first day on their own as adults.
Beforehand they were on their own, but today it's common for a group of parents to stay at a location nearby, so they can seek help if need be. And get a ride home.
Thieves targeting confirmands have also been an issue, unsurprisingly.
- It is speculated whether Christian and his mates will go to Bakken or Tivoli, the two major amusements parks in Copenhagen and a place where confirmands tend to gather.

As well as all the other things she wore. No mentioning of design or jewellery though.
According to BB it is more than likely that Mary's stylist, Anja Alajdi and her hairdresser, Søren Hedegaard, had a hand in the family's appearance.
