The Imperial Prince of Brazil, Dom Rafael de Orleans e Bragança, sends a message to Brazilians wishing them a Holy Easter.

Dom Rafael has a heavy Rio de Janeiro accent, but at least he sounds Brazilian, unlike his uncle, who has traces of a French accent.

Dona Christine and her children all seem like very nice people committed to Brazil but unfortunately, I gotta be honest that if the Vassouras branch goes extinct they have nobody but themselves to blame for it.

On a optimistic note: hopefully Dona Maria Gabriela can be the savior by making a dynastic marriage (such as with her rumored boyfriend Dom Dinis) and have children.

As an added bonus: in the future one of their children can potentially marry a descendant of Dom Dinis’s great-uncle which could unite the claims of the Vassouras & Petrópolis branches just like Dom Dinis’s grandparents did with the branches of Pedro I & Miguel I.
