Gianna Nannini performed during the festival yesterday, July 23, so Gloria got out her favorite tablecloths ;)

Gloria’s favorite tablecloths is reminiscent of “Silvia’s party antlers” (The Nine-Prong Tiara) as it was called on The Royal Order of Sartorial Splendor blog. 😊

Yesterday, July 25, Gloria attended the opening of the annual Bayreuth Festival:

On July 26 she was back at her own festival and even performed herself during the "Jedermann" Premiere:

The Thurn und Taxis Castle Festival ended with an Anna Netrebko concert yesterday, July 27.

Besides Gloria, her brother Carl-Alban with wife Juliet and Fritz of Thurn und Taxis with wife Beata attended:

Gloria and Elisabeth attended the amfAR Salzburg reception and gala as part of the Salzburg Festival today, August 24:

Well, it seems the newest generation of Thurn und Taxis is in a season of love. Elisabeth was pictured with her mother Gloria alongside Martin Pacanowski whom she seems to approve of as a suitor to her stunner of a daughter.

Jara Hain seems to be making gains with Albert, her high value woman approach to the bachelor is paying off quite literally if one is to believe their eyes. The last time I saw two people looking at each other so enamored was when I was giving away my daughter on her wedding day.

My deepest condolences to Paul and Nico

The former Thiergarten hunting lodge, owned by the Regensburg-based Thurn und Taxis family, near Donaustauf, burned down overnight into Monday. The former princely building has been home to the local golf club since the 1970s. The damage is estimated at millions of euros. Cause of fire: unknown.

The fire broke out around 12:30 a.m. No one was injured.

In the meantime the far left organization "Antifa" claims responsibility for the arson attack on the Thurn and Taxis hunting castle Thiergarten.
Their slogan "Expropriate the nobility"

This Georg Elser was a Hitler assassin, who failed... Does this mean the poor Gloria is Hitler now for the Antifa?

And first: The Thurn und Taxis own forrests and not factories - they are no capitalists.
Second: The actual owner of all their stuff is - and correct me if I am wrong - her son Albert.

The Antifa was heavily pampered with the money of the taxpayer ... - and still is. Perhaps the money would have been better spent for education....

In this day and age people just want a reason to hate and be noticed and praised as saviors of any cause. I'm no fan of Gloria Thurn un Taxis and her extremist associations, but that's her choice. Going further to do a crime and pass it for a higher moral stand is as sick as it gets and the type of mindset we associate with cults.

Did they catch the arsonists yet? If they do I hope they go to prison for a long time, putting historic buildings on fire just like that. Rather preposterous reasoning by them btw, it seems more a personal grudge as Gloria is hardly the first capitalist one would think of in Germany.

It seems there is nothing left of the castle, just the outer walls.

Edit:
apparently the police is not sure yet if the fire started as an accident or if it was arsonry.

What an insult to Gerog Elser that these criminals use his name like this. Gloria is hardly Hitler indeed. How proposterous and pompous these people are.

The “Antifa” has been active in Germany for a long time. Since they are not a fixed group and always appear masked during their actions, it is very difficult to catch them. They are being monitored by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution.
For quite some time now, they have repeatedly targeted the Thurn und Taxis family, which seems to be the focus of their hatred.
I also hope that the arsonists can be identified, assuming that they were responsible. However, a letter claiming responsibility has already been received.
But it will be difficult to find them and bring them to justice.

Yes, the extreme-right in my own country is obsessed with Antifa too. While they [extreme right] were marching with flags of the former Dutch Nazi party through Amsterdam yesterday and attacking the police, they were also claiming to look for 'Antifa' on top of various anti-semetic shouts. But I am not sure if anybody actually is a member of it. It is a term used for various groups of protesters, activists and in this case criminals. If there actually is an anti-fascist brigade, one would hope they would occcupy themselves with more useful things than putting historic buildings on fire. This whole thing feels very odd.

I wonder how it can be difficult to find those responsible. Putting a castle up in flames is such a cry for attention that I am doubtful they will be able to keep themselves hidden for longue. We will see. In the mean time a historic monument is lost. To protect other German monnuments it is clear the police should make this a priority, because what will be next? Why stop with this palace, or with the Thurn und Taxis palaces?
