Leonore may have just been a couple weeks premature, same with Emanuele Filiberto.

They married June 8, 2013 and Leonore was born February 20, 2014. It's possible that she was two weeks premature. Marina Doria and Vittorio Emanuele married October 7, 1971 and Emanuele Filiberto was born June 22, 1972. He could have also been two weeks premature.

A child born two weeks before due date is not already considered a premature.

A premature birth is a birth which took place 20+ days earlier.

Fair enough, either way the babies could have either been born early or been conceived before their parents married.

Princess Marie-Esméralda of Belgium was five months pregnant when she married Sir Salvador Moncada.

The former Duchess of Galliera was five months pregnant when she married the Duke.
 
A royal bride that had both had a child born before her wedding(s), and had been pregnant at her first wedding was Karn Månsdotter, the Queen of King Erik XIV of Sweden. Her firstborn, a daughter named Sigrid was born on 16 October 1566, a few weeks before Karin's 16th birthday. Erik and Karin were secretly married on 13 July 1567, and she gave birth to a son, Gustav on 28 January 1568.
Then on 4 July 1568 an official wedding was held, and Karin was crowned Queen of Sweden on 5 July 1568. Erik was 32 years old at the time of that wedding, Karin not yet 18 years old.

Princess Leonore was born 36 weeks and 5 days after her parents' wedding.
Counting from the day of the conception, pregnancy lasts 38 weeks.
Leonore was probably born 9 days before due date = perfectly full term.
