Madeleine of Sweden
Victoria Cerveniak, wife of Jaime Bourbon, son of Princess Irene

How far along was Madeleine when she married Christopher?
Leonore may have just been a couple weeks premature, same with Emanuele Filiberto.

Well, they married in June 2013 and the baby was born in February 2014.
They married June 8, 2013 and Leonore was born February 20, 2014. It's possible that she was two weeks premature. Marina Doria and Vittorio Emanuele married October 7, 1971 and Emanuele Filiberto was born June 22, 1972. He could have also been two weeks premature.

A child born two weeks before due date is not already considered a premature.

A premature birth is a birth which took place 20+ days earlier.

Fair enough, either way the babies could have either been born early or been conceived before their parents married.

Princess Marie-Esméralda of Belgium was five months pregnant when she married Sir Salvador Moncada.

The former Duchess of Galliera was five months pregnant when she married the Duke.

A royal bride that had both had a child born before her wedding(s), and had been pregnant at her first wedding was Karn Månsdotter, the Queen of King Erik XIV of Sweden. Her firstborn, a daughter named Sigrid was born on 16 October 1566, a few weeks before Karin's 16th birthday. Erik and Karin were secretly married on 13 July 1567, and she gave birth to a son, Gustav on 28 January 1568.
Then on 4 July 1568 an official wedding was held, and Karin was crowned Queen of Sweden on 5 July 1568. Erik was 32 years old at the time of that wedding, Karin not yet 18 years old.

Designer Diane von Fürstenberg was three months pregnant when she married Prince Egon of Fürstenberg. She retained his surname after their divorce.

Jacquetta of Luxembourg secretly married Richard Woodville in 1437. She was almost certainly pregnant with her first child (future English Queen Elizabeth Woodville) at the time of her marriage. Elizabeth is believed to have been born a few months after the couple married, but the date of the wedding and the birthdates of the first few Woodville children are rather murky.

Elizabeth Woodville’s daughter Elizabeth of York may have been pregnant when she married Henry VII. Their oldest child Arthur was born eight months after the wedding.

Diane von Furstenberg may retain her surname because of her sucessful
Business.

Isabella I, Queen of Jerusalem, was a pregnant bride, but not in the typical sense. Isabella was widowed while pregnant with her first child, Maria of Montferrat, in 1192. Her husband Conrad was murdered by a band of assassins. Isabella then married Henry of Champagne a little over a week after Conrad’s death. This move was seen as necessary to secure Isabella’s tenuous position as a female of an unstable kingdom.

Henry died five years later after falling from a window; his death may have been accidental or deliberate. Isabella married once more to Amaury of Cyprus and bore five surviving daughters from her marriages.

Arthur might have been born prematurely.

Arthur might have been born prematurely.
True, which is why I said Elizabeth may have been pregnant at the time she married.

She may not have been, the baby could have just been born a couple weeks early.
Princess Leonore was born 36 weeks and 5 days after her parents' wedding.
Counting from the day of the conception, pregnancy lasts 38 weeks.
Leonore was probably born 9 days before due date = perfectly full term.
