“Democracy and the Constitution..." Where it says "democracy" is Republic. The word Democracy translates as republic in Greek, but in Latin and Anglo-Saxon languages, it is not like that, the word democracy refers to a system where representatives are elected by subfragium, and where freedoms govern. with the word , Democracy, is both the Republic and the monarchy. The traslate is Republic .
