The Prince of Leiningen lst his title of Head of his House when he married Gabriele.
Karl Emich lost the Headship of the House of Leiningen due to his unequal second marriage with Gabrielle, which was against the family's house laws. It was his younger brother Prince Andreas who ended up becoming the 8th Prince.

That 30 years on she kept using Leiningen, when her marriage to Karl Emich was morganatic, and she went on to marry -and divorce- someone else, is one of the most absolutely hysterical things I've seen in the Gotha.

What name has she used since her divorce from the late Aga Khan? And will she now be Gabriele Porsche? That's a pretty famous surname to bear, especially as her husband is actually from the Porsche family.

I've seen her use both "Inaara Aga Khan" and "Gabrielle zu Leiningen" the latter being used in the press release for her third marriage.
The absolute audacity 🤣
It was revealed in the leaked papers from the divorce battle with the Aga IV that he didn't want her to use/keep the family name.

She went back to Princess zu Leiningen. As far as I remember it was part of the divorce agreement that she no longer would use Begum Inaara

And yet, her wikipedia still lists her Inaara Aga Khan although she's been divorced for over a decade. Inaara Aga Khan - Wikipedia

Expecting it to be changed to Gabrielle Porsche soon, and after the new groom goes to a comfy cloud, she can go back to being Princess-Empress Gabrielle Thyssen zu Leiningen Aga Khan Porsche.

Virginia Asia "Azzie" Agnelli (b.reportedly September 1997) [only child together of Giovanni Alberto Agnelli (1964-1997) & his wife Frances Avery Howe (b.1965)] married Franki Lagrange in Varramista a Montopoli estate in Valdarno, Tuscany (Italy) on 13 December - on he anniversary of he death of the bride's father, who died from cancer aged 33 when she was only 3 months old; her moher later remarried to John Frieda and has two more children by him.

Dress @luisabeccaria @azzi.agnelli @varramista #wedding #agnelli #piaggio #royal"
