For six months, Marius has had a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend, imposed on September 2. It expires on Sunday, March 2. It has been requested to be extended, Marius' lawyer Ellen Holager Andenæs confirms. Police prosecutor Andreas Kruszewski tells that there are several reasons why the prosecution wants to extend the restraining order.
- The police prosecutor's office has extended the restraining order for another three months to protect the injured woman in the Frogner case. The extended restraining order was imposed at the request of the injured woman and because there is a public interest.
Lawyer Mette Yvonne Larsen and her client agree that the restraining order should be extended. Marius and his lawyer dispute the petition and believe there is no basis for it. So the court has to consider whether or not he will be re-imposed a restraining order.

Juliane Snekkestad lost a job after Marius' attack
Nettavisen quotes Aftenposten's article about an argument Marius and Juliane had one December evening in 2019, which allegedly ended with Marius punching Juliane in the face. This incident is said to be part of the police investigation. According to Aftenposten, which saw a photo that Snekkestad took of herself the next day, she had a cracked lip and a swollen face.
Juliane worked as a model, and just a few days after the incident she was going abroad for a photo shoot. In an email to the modeling agency, she wrote that the makeup might have to work extra hard to cover the damage. The photoshoot was canceled.
Hendelsen skal være en del av politiets etterforskning.
