How lovely. I met her once and she told me she ended up being a university professor because she wanted to be a teacher and each time she was a student at a higher level she wanted to teach at that level. So, as a young pupil she wanted to become a teacher at primary school, as a teenager she wanted to become a teacher at secondary school and finally as a university student she decided that she wanted te become a university professor - which she ended up doing.

That's a beautiful christmas message (starting with the message of the angels to the shepherds and ending with a verse from Romas 12: Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.). In between stressing that nobody should be excluded, that there are some basics (all equal for the law, no discrimination, no violence) that are not open for discussion and a call for people to not import bitterness and hate but to be resilient against what drives us apart - as well as care for those around us, accepting that not everyone needs to think alike but each one is a human being of flesh and blood, just like us.
