The King receives Mr. Elhaman and Mr. Aramin. One is Israeli, the other Palestinian. Both lost a daughter in the Middle East war. Today, they fight for peace together, along with other Palestinian and Israeli families bereaved by the conflict.

 
The King visited the Defense staff in Evere.

 
As you may see , HM the King wears 4 Stars. King Baudouin and King Albert II wore 3 Stars. One day at the National Feast on 21th of July , a General in the Public wore 4 Stars ... more as the King ! Since then the Kings are wearing 4 Stars such as the General Head of his House and the General Head of the Army.
 
King Philippe presided over the award ceremony of the Francqui-Collen Prize 2025 in Brussels today, June 12.
The scientific prize is often referred to as the "Belgian Nobel Prize":

Today, July 10, King Philippe welcomed trainee diplomats for a meeting at the Royal Palace:



The King meets the trainee diplomats who will depart for their first posting abroad this summer to represent Belgium and provide assistance to Belgians in need. Wishing them fair winds!

Also today King Philippe received the Executive Vice-President for Clean, Just and Competitive Transition for the European Commission Teresa Ribera:


 
Yesterday, July 11, King Philippe paid a working visit to La Louvière.

The purpose of the meeting was to take stock of the progress of the work undertaken since December on housing renovation, the circular economy, building materials, employment, training, and skills in short supply. The press was kept away.
