I did not realize they had recently opened this area to the public. The reign of Carlos III was one can argue was the apex of the Spanish empire, territorial claims all throughout the Americas and domestic reforms that ushered in a renaissance for Spain. A hallowed place for King Felipe to visit.
 
King Felipe VI has visited the office of Carlos III, the last of the spaces open to the public in the Royal Palace of Madrid.

Imagine being a tourist on that day, going room by room in one of the biggest palaces in the world, and the 'homeowner' shows up while the guided tour was in progress:
"...and over here we have the office of Charles III and over there his descendant Felipe, everyone say hi to Felipe for welcoming us in his lovely home..." :king:

Last Friday, Queen Letizia visited the mobile unit of the Spanish Society of Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery (Separ) in the maternal and child area of the Gregorio Marañón University General Hospital in Madrid.
