The 65th wedding anniversary of my all time favorite Royal couple. RIP to Baudouin and Fabiola.

The King wore the collar of the Spanish Order as we have no collar in our Order.

As far a I remember Princess Lilian and Fabiola's Mother had the same color ad same material for their dresses. We never saw before the Shah of Iran Relative, Tony AJ came in the cathedral with a Princess and went out wth another. Fabiola's Brother as asked not to attend. From Sweden Prince Bertil , and Queen Astrid was from Sweden. Prince Axel of Denmark, King Olav of Norway, King Humberto of Italy were the Kings Uncles.
Finaly the Count of Flanders , did not attend.

The gown was designed by the Spanish fashion Cristóbal Balenciaga , he also designed for Princess Grace ,Jackie Kennedy , Ava Gardner and Audrey Hepburn.
