Yes Earl (George) Percy is still unmarried. I believe his brother Max’s bride was a member of the Oettingen noble family, which is why she wore that tiara.

Indeed, she is, the youngest daughter of the Fürst of Oettingen-Oettingen and Oettingen-Spielberg.
Perhaps she and her husband will be invited at a future German SV to the UK. The Queen sometimes invited members of the nobility who have a connection to the country (Charlotte Wellesley attended the Colombian SV to the UK for example). If we are lucky we may see the wonderful Northumberland tiara there.
