Jewels for sale: Worthy additions to royal collections, Part 2

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
Not something I'd expect the royal purchasing it but personally I love the emerald gold bracelet the most 😍

The spinel necklace will be a great addition to the Belgian or Norwegian vault (especially the Norwegian which it marches the colours of their orders).

The auction begins within 24 hrs, some ladies shall get it as their Christmas present

Joke aside I think it would look good with the Dutch's Mellerio ruby tiara (they probably don't need another ruby earrings though).

Those are a really beautiful pair of ruby and diamond pendent earrings!

I could see them on Letizia!

Its magnificent and would make a nice Christmas present for Mathilde ;)
The pearls are lovely, and Mathilde would certainly do them justice, but the guide price is very expensive for what they are, IMO.

That is a lovely pair of earrings, and could be a welcome addition to many a royal jewel box. Mette- Marit, Victoria and Mathilde could all do with a similar pair in my view.

And they will possible sell for more than that amount too!

Which royal lady would like these Russian Emerald Diamond Gold Earrings? Which would she like the most: The Emeralds, The Diamonds, or The Gold? Or would she like all three?

That is a lovely pair of emerald and diamond earrings. Mathilde or Mary could both get use of them.

Mathilde did wear a nice pair of emerald earrings at her brothers wedding in Italy, but they have never been seen since. Query if they were a purchase, or had been borrowed?

And whilst Mary does have access to the crown emeralds, they cannot be taken out of the country.

It appears that the earrings are from the Spanish Medinaceli dukes collection.

And wouldn't they look splendid on Queen Letzia!

Mathilde would do so well with this necklace

Shame the price tag is a little on the high side ,but it would make a lovely addition to queen Mathilde's jewels.

I agree this is an expensive necklace, and I typically only highlight necklaces that are cheaper, but I thought this was very special for what it was. Still less than a Mercedes S-Class, and one that can be handed down the generations.

Brilliant ruby tiara/necklace

Saw the necklace form many times and IMO it looks better on tiara form. I don't know why but first lady comes to my mind is Victoria (while a coloured gemstones tiara supposedly looks better on blonde). Then it's Eleonore I think it somehow suits her.

Chaumet pearl tiara

Very elegant and feminine, would like to see it on Mathilde or Stephanie.

Not my favorite necklace option but I would love to see the younger princesses in Belgium and Denmark with such versatile tiara options Lot - ANNÉES 1860

Can't edit this reply..... it's even better in motion: Christie's Jewellery on Instagram: "An Eye for Beauty: Rare Jewels from a Distinguished Private Collection Christie’s is honored to present this exceptional assemblage across our December Magnificent Jewels and Jewels Online sales, creating a truly rare opportunity to acquire some of the finest examples of 18th, 19th, and 20th century jewelry design. Any of the pearl, diamond and ruby pieces recently posted would be wonderful choices to start bulking up the Danish Royal Trust Collectiom of jewels including pieces that could be made available for loan for certain events.

It looks like a rather small tiara, but Queen Letizia or Princess Leonor could wear it.

This is a great piece of jewellery, and attractively priced too. Mary and Mathilde could both be potential buyers, to bolster their collections, and could be useful for their children.

I also think Victoria would put it to good use.

I concur, it would be a great addition to the Swedish jewellery collection.

Beautiful emerald tiara
Lovely! Would work well for Mathilde or Letizia.

A few lovely pieces coming up for auction:

1) Necklace: https://www.christies.com/en/lot/lot-6514043?ldp_breadcrumb=back

2) Necklace and brooch:
3) Emerald ring:

Beautiful emerald tiara
It would be a option for the Swedes and Spaniards, given they're the only royal family who doesn't possess a emerald tiara

Sadly the price tags are a little on the high side!

It is not a small amount of money, but it is a substantial necklace / tiara. It is one that a Queen / Crown Princess could wear, and is not a "starter" tiara in any way. Hence, I thought of Victoria and Mathilde as potential users of such a necklace.

Queen Mathilde in particular would make very good use of an additional necklace / tiara!

A lovely CHAUMET platinum, ruby and diamond Art Déco bracelet on sale at Uppsala Auktionskammare's auction on 10-13 December:

That's actually a very pretty bracelet.

Christie’s got an upcoming auction with some great pieces and some are very reasonably priced,

A royal brooch from the Princess Maia Pia of Savoy

A diamond, pearls and sapphires necklace and earrings by HARRY WINSTON who I don’t like his designs but this one is extremely beautiful!

A diamond a pearl choker

A diamond and emeralds brooch

A diamond a sapphire’s bracelet

A diamond and pearl brooch

On a side note I want to rant about the new trend by Sotheby’s and Christie’s to photoshop pieces they are auctioning on stock photos of models they have it looks very badly photoshopped and doesn’t do the pieces justice!
