If correct, CharlotteAmalia's predictions will have Kate pregnant for the first time at age 31 and giving birth at almost age 32. If she ignores the advice of child development specialists and spaces them a year apart, she'll be 35 when finished, otherwise, she'll be...more like 37-40. That's assuming she finds it easy to get pregnant/doesn't seek assistance in that department.
