I guess it has been discussed here before. She is not and probably never will be a stylish royal woman. But I like her very much, she is so natural, so friendly, so happy since she had her two lovely children. Her marriage looks like a good one. I would forgive her any faux pas fashionwise, because she is such a nice person.

I totally agree with you both. She may not be stylish but she is always suitably dressed. I'll add that she has a pretty face and gorgeous hair, both of which are naturally beautiful without heavy makeup and procedures.

That being said, at some point I hope she develops a bit more interest in style. Once the children are grown and she's comfortably in her role as First Lady we may see her confidence grow, and with that her sense of adventure in fashion.

I noticed the real wide pants re being worn by many people. The pants legs are also too long, not just on Stéphanie but others. A trend? Maybe shorteni the pants leg at the pants woild look better. I remember many years back when Stephanie wore some of her MIL outfits. I am glad she wears her own now. No matter what her smile makes her a beautiful lady!

Her wedding gown was my absolute favorite - she looked stunning. Her lovely engaging personality is her best feature. Hoping that when she is settled in her new role we will see her get some help from a stylist.

She will be a popular Grand Duchess as before Marie Teresa . Her smile and her Porcelan skin are great. She grew in a the highest Noble Family of Belgium and will never be a model or have a style.
This board is full of negative critics , too much danish and awful norvegian Royal threads. King Frederik , King only since one year, is the most popular ,the best dressed etc... But the other Kings succceded since 10 years have excellent advisors , have success with their older Children, here we don't know ?
I will stay away for a while from the Royal Forums , having nothing to write.

It's not a competition. Relax. She's very sweet, and has great features, but she has no dress sense. It's not a crime. Don't take it so seriously.

HGD Stéphanie attended the 7th "Révélations" Biennale in Paris yesterday, May 22 - I like the combination of the two shades of pink:

- a nice interpretation of the given dress code:

And lovely in green at a dinner in honour of Italy's President Sergio Mattarella and his daughter Laura Mattarella this evening:

The evening look in green was a great one for Stephanie, IMO.

Is the dress code calling for green or greenish blue?

Oh my, in keeping with the Forum rules I will keep my opinion to myself because I don't think I can sound respectful. Suffice to say she can do better.

Ok, that may have come across as harsher than I meant it to. That's a lot of pattern and a lot of fabric. To me, it looks like she's wearing shower curtains. I guess that's not really disrespectful, just my opinion.

Both she and the Grand Duchess are terribly dressed in my opinion.

I understand the vision but it was terribly executed. It is a cape dress. Queen Máxima wears them all the time successfully. However she would never be caught dead in this mess.

It is simply too much fabric and the shower curtain pattern being both the dress and the cape was just too much!

Oh dear. And I think the idea of shower curtains does the job. And the bathroom would like them back ASAP please.

Imo Stephanie looks so much nicer when she doesn’t wear fussy patterns, frills or anything superfluous in flattering colours.

It looks like it might have been a rather nice dress without the cape.

I quite like the print but yes there is too much fabric. I think it would look much better if it's in knee length or without the cape.

I like Stephanie, but this is just awful. To must pattern and the shoes, oh dear.

Heditary Grand Duchess Stephanie does not visit Nathan but order on a Catalogue or Mr Vermeulen is going to her. It was not a good choice . Sad writing that she was awful , just she is doing bad choices.
