Has the Carnet Mondain website gone offline?

I haven't been able to access the Carnet Mondain website (carnetmondain.be) now for a couple of weeks. I've tested in various browsers, so I don't think it's on my end.

Does anyone know what's going on? It's a great source of birth-marriage-death info for various noble families. I hope it isn't gone for good...
