Let's see if I understand all this:
The Vardinoyannis family was the one that brought PASOK and the Papandreou family to power. It's a family known for its socialist ideology. Now the "De Gres family" has a member Vardinogiannis who doesn't want to use the title of Princess and she does not want to participate with her mother-in-law in the Easter Mass, she prefers to avoid the photo with her mother-in-law, because the Orthodox Church treats Anna Maria as a Queen and grants her preferential treatment...
Kefalogiannis is Chrysi's cousin...
If Pavlos hadn't accepted the De Gres surname and renounced the monarchy, would Mrs. Kefalogianni, Chrysi's cousin, have posed so close to him?
Andreas Megos always has the habit of copying the news and twisting it a bit... The Karamanlis family was at the party with the De Gres.
Was Nikolaos that desperate for money?
In 2023, he said he were asking for the repeal of the 1994 law. In 2024, they swore allegiance to the republic, they chose a made-up surname by Michael , they renounced the monarchy, and accepted a Greek passport dated 1974, renouncing their original nationality.....
Im sorry but your post has no logic
Let's go point per point.
- Vardinoyannis family and Pasok. They might have helped for their own interests, but it was not the family V who chased the GRF. Out of this, we are talking about a large family and now we are close to the 3rd generation (Chryssi is the 2nd one) Each member has its own beliefs and political orientation.. they are not one block..
Keep in mind that Late Vardis and his wife (the most proéminent) despite their (hypothetical) antiroyalist orientation... since decades were in acquaintance with many royals ( British, Dutch, and ofcourse Greek ) The couple attended many times Buckingham Palace, etc etc. They met the GRF numerous times before they chose the name De Grece...
Of course Chryssi is much lower profile than them, but If she felt so revolted to appear in a photo in a public place with her mother in law... she would not have wed Nikolaos.
-As for the Minister Mrs Kefaloyannis, why not be in photo? Don't forget she is from a right party not a communist.
-As for accept the republic.. late King Konstantine, years ago had accepted people's decision for the political change to a Republic.
The only possible issue I might see is that Chryssi seems to extremely avoid photos and appearances. This might be an issue in her further life with him, but on the other hand he is not a reigning prince. The only occasions might be the royal family gatherings, such as weddings etc. And at the end if the day.. if she hates.. he will go alone...
Princess Charlene is the wife of a reigning Ruler.. and most of the occasions, he goes alone.
As for desperate need of money.. not very nice for her. She is not an ugly monster half retarded. She could attract by herself... of course with money is better.
