I read these messages of support from the King and certainly appreciate their content. But I do wish his advisors didn’t see the need to start every one with “My wife and I…”

Surely there is phrasing that emphasizes the King rather than his Queen Consort.

I think it gives him great joy to refer to his wife, not defer but refer.
