Christian at a Christmas reception. Not always a fan of double-breasted jackets, or pinstripes, but it works very well on Christian. I think his height really helps. and the tie is just the finishing touch, well done

Not a fan of this new style of Christian. For some reason, it makes me think of his grandfather. Luckily today he couldn't really mess up.
 
The King or his Uniform Shoulders are strong enough to wear the two Collars , badges and
Decorations
Prince Joachim who looks more and more like his Mother wore two badges around his neck and the Legion d Honneur. .This year he did not wear his hat.

Nice, but it needs a few touches. A lapel pin, a discreet handkerchief in his pocket and a slightly merrier tie. - I am aware that his dress should not distract from his speech, but just one of these changes would make a big difference.

There are talks of him wearing a tuxedo for the New Year's speech

I say a uniform would be better :cool:
 
Yes the king manages the smart casual look very comfortably.
