Her Son may perhaps return in Iran but will never be restored on the Throne !
That sounds as if you are putting a curse on him.
Reza represents stability, a head of state that has the potential to be listened to and will, if allowed back, to bring Iran from the horrible situation it has to the 21st Century.
Just imagine if a nation, or an USA state, was absolutely controlled by a religious faction only with the power of an army. A government that wants strict religious rules, suppression of women's rights and to expand their religion by force to other nations as if we were back in the Crusades. Imagine a Christian faith controlled authoritarian regime that, out of the blue, decided in the 20th century to bring back the Inquisition and anyone that disagreed would be executed.
That's Iran right now since the 70s. They need hope and if Reza is the only one that has the potential to be seen as an authority figure to replace the Ayatollahs, then he is the hope. Better him than another Texas oil company employee imposed by the USA as Bush and vice-president Cheney did in Afghanistan.
I have the feeling the Trump administration has refused, to this day, to support or even acknowledge Reza because they want to do like President Bush, put another oil industry puppet to favor the USA. While Reza gives me the inclination he will put Iran first and any negotiations with Trump will have him making demands as equal and not as another subordinate puppet as Trump wants to do in Venezuela, Cuba and Greenland.
