Crown Princess Victoria's Eveningwear Part 10: December 2023 -

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
That was my thought both because of the obvious and because while the earrings are lovely, they don’t seem like the first choice for that color but rather the ones for the original outfit.
The earrings suit very well with the gown, Victoria wears a dress designed by Christer Lindarw in silver gray chiffon with layers of tulle in grey, lavender and black. The draped waist is dressed in rhinestones. The dress shifts in color and feels almost plum purple in certain lights.

The Nobel looks were boring in my opinion. Trying to be understated with your jewelry and looks for this event just leave me annoyed and underwhelmed. The look was uninspired when this gown, which is lovely in and of itself, was paired in an uninspired way with these jewels. She should have worn the amethysts. (..) A big fat "MEH" from me this year.

Posts that discussed jewelry only and those discussing other royal ladies have been removed as off-topic.

Christer Lindarw bought the fabrics for Victoria's dress in Paris already a year ago and during the year they have done three different tests. He feels honored and has got a lot of praising messages.
- I made a sketch and showed it to the CP. She got to choose between three dresses with different colors of fabric. She had a bit of a hard time choosing, but in the end it was this one. She is very nice and professional. She always stood up and let us work. She is probably the easiest person I have ever dealt with. It's clear she sometimes had an opinion about things that could be changed. But she has respect for our job.

Nice to see her recycle the lovely H&M gown she wore at the 10th wedding anniversary photos in 2020 and at one of the Royal Academies formal gatherings in 2022. It suits very well to this event.

It’s a very lovely gown. I particularly like the skirt section. The sleeves not so much.

And it's the same gown worn by Queen Letizia in November 2021, but her gown hasn't sleeves

He must be the easiest person she’s ever dealt with, when she lets him make one big dress after another!

It does seem to be a pretty successful collaboration.

Victoria this evening at the Swedish Academy's formal gathering at Börshuset. She looks lovely in her beautiful Camilla Thulin gown, which we have seen on her at this event also in 2017 and 2019.

I love the design not the color , but I know why she wore black.

Very nice look. The colour is warm and I like the way it complements the ribbons and sash of the various orders.

I like the whole look but the jacket feels too huge for her 🤔

There is something off about the look in the standing still photos but I like it in motion.

Oh dear ,not one of Victoria's better looks ,I hope that Fraggle rock inspired jacket is never seen again.
